With the expanding business and increasing number of clients, it was essential to have a constant and consistent supply of goods.Therefore, in January 1996, Beladamas established its own polishing factory with 45 workers to manufacture polished diamonds below 0.70 pts in a wide range of qualities. In January 1997, a second factory with 27 workers was set up where goods between 0.70 pts and 4 carats are being polished. Today, the total number of polishers has exceeded one hundred.

On the marketing side, the company, which was mainly catering to the Far-Eastern markets through its offices in Hongkong and Bangkok, extended its horizon to the Middle-East and the U.S.A. by opening a branch office in Dubai in 1996 and one in the U.S.A. in 1997. In June 1998, a branch was established in Tokyo.
